Shld i sign another contract with my company?
they are now offering me the contract for junior stylist..
but i must sign another one year bond with them..
i'm actually quite sick of my contract and was so happy that this year end it's finished..and yet now they ask me to consider for this contract..The pros are, if i sign, i can be a junior stylist and maybe a higher pay than now but the cons are, if i dun sign, i would remain as a assistant, be earning lesser.. if i breach the contract, penalty is $1200..if i go to other salon to work, i might have to start from scratch again..even though i have a cert..
This is giving me headaches..
pls help to give me some advices..
a turning point in my career..
